Leadership and Synergy in the Master/slave Dynamic

Like all successful relationships, the Master/slave dynamic is a team effort.  In a team, the whole always needs to be greater than the sum of its part in order to achieve success in whatever goals are sought.

This class explores synergy between Master and slave.  In it, we cover how complex human needs and wants will find points of convergence and points of conflict.  In this discovery, it is easiest to take the points of convergence and unity as motivators towards a happy and successful authority exchange, but what about the obstacles?  You can overcome obstacles in service to the M/s relationship, or you can also utilize the obstacles and challenges as means to expand the synergy of the dynamic.

Teamwork, understanding roles, mining the psychology behind the Master and the slave specific roles and desires all play a role in coming to a unified and well maintained M/s relationship, interdependent upon the goal that the “We” defines either global success or global failure.
